Molly Schlecker

Hey there! I’m Molly Schlecker, a Delaware & Maryland Licensed Esthetician and founder of Solbirde Collective, a skincare studio rooted in self-love, self-care, and authenticity. It only made sense that I’d land here at Arlo Scarlett Salon, surrounded by professionals who share the same passion for showing up for others as I do.

My journey into esthetics began long before my license: in front of a mirror, learning to make peace with my reflection after years of insecurity and bullying. Skincare became my way to heal, empower, and express myself—and now, it’s how I help others do the same.

At Solbirde, my goal is simple: to create facials that blend science, soul, and stillness. Every service is custom-built around you! Your skin, your goals, your energy.

I believe skincare should be accessible to everyone, regardless of who they are or where they’re starting. Your skin is the largest organ of your body—your first line of defense, your constant communicator, your protector. Caring for it isn’t a luxury; it’s a vital act of health, self-respect, and restoration.

My treatment room is a safe space for vulnerability and connection, because real healing starts there. Whether I’m rocking cotton-candy pink hair or electric blue, I hope to remind you that true beauty is born when we show up as we are—confident, whole, and free to glow.

I’m proud to be a provider and partner with Unstoppable Joy, a local nonprofit supporting individuals navigating cancer and their caregivers through comfort, care, and community. Together, we’re reminding others that skincare is more than surface-level—it’s an act of compassion, connection, and hope.
